As the assistant manager, you make sure that every touchpoint in the store is taken care of. We are looking for leaders who take the initiative if they see our customers or staff need extra help. Someone who goes the extra mile to effortlessly take control and responsibility. Once our Store Manager is absent or unavailable, you call the shots and take full responsibility of the store. From inventory management, to staff planning, to customer satisfaction, you are the key to the heart of DADAWAN!
